Editorial & AI Policy

Last Updated: August 22, 2026

At EuroScholarHub, we want to give international students accurate, reliable, and current information about fully funded scholarships and other funding for studying in Europe. To earn your trust, we follow clear rules about how we use technology, including AI, in our editorial process.

Our site is for you if:

  • You’re a student who wants to study in Europe but doesn’t know where to begin.
  • You’ve been overwhelmed by scattered, hard-to-follow scholarship websites.
  • You want clear, honest, and up-to-date information.

1. A Real Person Checks Everything

Here’s our core rule: a human is always involved. Tools can help us work faster, but our human writers and editors are responsible for the accuracy, fairness, originality, and quality of everything we publish. AI never writes, generates, or publishes a complete article on its own; a person always reviews it first.

2. How We Use (and Don't Use) AI

We’re upfront about exactly where AI fits into our process.

We do use AI to:

  • Brainstorm topic ideas and organize research
  • Polish grammar and improve clarity for international readers
  • Summarize long official documents, like university press releases or application guidelines, so they’re easier to understand

We never use AI to:

  • Publish a full article without human editing and checking it first
  • Guess or predict deadlines, eligibility rules, or funding amounts
  • Process private student or client information through public AI tools

We use AI tools to help draft and structure our guides. Every article is then reviewed by a person, who checks deadlines, stipend amounts, and requirements against the official scholarship website before publishing. We link to every official source so you can verify the information yourself

3. Images and Copyright

Any graphics or images on this site, AI-assisted or not, should not copy someone’s copyrighted work, use a company logo without permission, or use a real person’s photo without their consent. When we display an official university or program logo, it’s only to help you recognize a legitimate scholarship, not to suggest that the organization endorses us.

4. How We Check Our Facts

Scholarship rules and deadlines change often, so accuracy matters more than almost anything else on this site. Here’s exactly how we keep it accurate:

  • We only pull deadlines, funding amounts, and document requirements from official sources: university websites, government education portals, and domains like .europa.eu, .edu, and .gov. We don’t use blogs or secondhand sources for this kind of critical detail.
  • We manually recheck every active scholarship guide every two weeks.
  • We do a full review of the entire site before each major application season (the spring and autumn intakes).
  • If a deadline or rule changes, or a reader flags something outdated, we fix the page within 24 to 48 hours and update the “Last Modified” date.

5. How We Handle Your Data

Our team never enters private or sensitive student information into public AI tools. Any tool we use for analytics or editorial work has proper privacy and security settings turned on first.

6. We Don't Accept Payment for Rankings

We never accept money, sponsorships, or commissions from any university or organization in exchange for featuring or ranking their scholarship. Every ranking and recommendation on this site is based on real, objective criteria: verified funding amounts, how accessible the scholarship is to international students, and how transparent the application process is.

7. We're an Independent Site

EuroScholarHub is an independent educational resource. Unless we clearly say otherwise, we’re not officially connected to any university, embassy, or government scholarship board. We never charge students for information, and we never offer paid “guaranteed” admission.
